The report I heard was that they were taking evasive maneuvers and the gunner slipped and fell, and has he was trying to gain purchase, he grabbed the triggers.....

Not even close to what happened. Because of a pesky little Non-Disclosure agreement I cant go into detail about what happened, but it was a pre mission gun test.

I don't know much about mini-guns but I do know is that they can spew metal extremely fast like upto 5000 Rounds Per Minute fast.

The impact distance of the bullet holes zhow that either the gun was set on an extremely slow rate of fire or the guy goofed really fast.

Me personally I think it was just a coupple of guys playing around.
