They came on here about a year ago or so and told us all that we weren't worth their time and effort.  The owner basically told us that he only wanted to deal with LE/Mil customers and everyone else was a burden.

They carry quite a selection of Colt stuff that only they seem to have, so you have to swallow that pill if you want to buy Colt parts.

I use their website as a reference tool only.

Something about S.A.W. not responding to his E-mails and Phone Calls when he tried to inquire about a M4A3 Commando Upper.  When they wouldnt respond on the upper sale, he whent and found a A1 Commando Upper and contacted them about rebarreling the A1 Upper he aquired.

So, after he contacted S.A.W. Multiple times about the rebarreling, he got a FAX # for the TAX Stamp that S.A.W. wanted to make sure he wouldnt try to make a Illegal SBR, so, he FAXed the TAX Stamp and he got a reply of an address to send it to, so, he sent it, about a week later, he got a Yellow Card stating that he recieved the Upper at the Post Office, when he got there, and picked the reciever up, he never got a bill.

I hope you can understand my translation of this newly formed language...

If you haven't contacted them by phone, which I am not sure of because that was sort of hard to read, I would suggest a phone call before popping your cork when dealing with any compamy

I have tried and tried to order weapon parts, a Colt Commando upper for my SBR and a re-barrel on a Colt Commando A1 upper.  For every three or four emails I'll only get one response and one answer to about ten questions that I have.  I went round and round about getting a Commando flat top uppaer and could never get a response out of all the emails I had sent.  Finally I received an email stating that it would be about two weeks before the upper I wanted would be in.  Two weeks, three four and no "Here we got it."  Sent a few emails and no response.  Finally just gave up on them.  Gues my money isn't good enough.  Then I came into three outstanding Colt Commmando A1 uppers and decided to get one re-barreled.  Called, no return phone call.  Emailed numerous times and only got one response for numerous questions.  Finally after playing email tag and mind you I'd send three or four emails to get one response back, I was instructed to ship the upper to a specific address.  So I emailed Tina and instructed what I needed done, 10 inch Colt SOCOM barrel, new handguards and new front sight post.  No response.  Sent the items prioroty insured with delivery confirmation about three weeks ago.  Waited and after about a week emailed them again.  No response.  Again no response.  Get a yellow card about a week ago (Two weeks after I mailed the upper receiver).  Can not get to the post office due to a broken leg.  Finally after about five days go up there and they can't find my package.  I figured it was the upper returned.  Why?  I don't know because I never got a return email or billed for the work.  You'd at least figure they would want their money.  Still after all the emails about payment I never got a return email on when, where or how to pay them.  They could not find the package because it was not a mailed delivery confirmation pacakge like I was expecting but my own personally mailed returned unopened upper receiver.  Stamped right on the box was a little message from the post office stating that numerous attempts at delivery were made but no one to sign for the package.  I give up and guess they are just to good for my business.

Now maybe you can space it properly, use some proper grammar, and make it more "user friendly".

You might try going thru SteyrAUG or any other LE dealer, he may have better luck at this than you. I find I am much happier when I stick with dealers who support the site.

I e-mailed Tina about the availability of Colt LE lower receivers in December and received a reply within hours. When I heard through the ARFcom grapevine that some LE6920 lower receivers were available last month I called, spoke to Tina, she confirmed that they did indeed have some, she found that they already had a copy of my local dealers FFL on file, and she took my credit card info. Later that afternoon I received an e-mail indicating that my lower had been shipped and was provided with a tracking number. Lower arrived at my dealer a few day later. I don't know what other people's problems with them have been, but I'm quite satisfied with their customer service and products and would gladly order from them again.
