Hot or Cold? The only thing better than good hot fried chicken is then next day's leftovers right out of the fridge. Mmmmmm.......... |
| I like to let it cool for about 15 minutes right after it is cooked, also leftover chicken the next day at room temperature tastes good after it's been in your lunch bag for a few hours. I dont like cold chicken right out of the refridgerater, I usually let it get to room temp before eating. |
That's what inspired this thread. One of the guys at work came in this morning complaining that he had fried chicken for lunch and he hates fried chicken, hot or cold. I told him I would take it if he didn't want it. He told me if it was in the fridge tonight when I came in I could have it. I could have free, homemade cold fried chicken for lunch tonight.
