put me down for one flattop

Add BTip to the Maybe list. Would need to know configuration, price, mfg. Serial # doesnt matter, but I do like the Idea of special markings for AR15.com or the like. This would definitely make the gun collectible as a limited edition model.

20" bushmaster of some type

I'm a definite, if it's an AR15.com serial numbered rifle, and a maybe if it's not.
Link Posted: 2/15/2001 8:45:06 PM EDT
[#5]
How many do I have to buy to get serial numbers AR15.com001 through AR15.com004 for example?

Maybe an auction for the first x consecutive rifles?

Just a thought.

Count Me in if it's a complete Bushmaster rifle.
Otherwise I'll have to say Maybe.

How about the first few guys who had the idea and put the deal together get the numbers 0 thru 10.
The rest can be randomly selected.

Put me on the definite list.  Whatever the majority agrees on, is cool with me. I can be a tie breaker if need be.  ;^)

Just a suggestion, we may get more people interested if and when the old site is back up, I don't think that everyone has discovered this new site, perhaps a link to this from the old site would help/
Link Posted: 2/16/2001 5:43:05 AM EDT
[#9]
We hope the old site will be up very soon so we can add to the numbers & get a lower price.

Serial numbers will have to be handled upon some basis which the organizing FFL will have to come up with. More than likely the first person to send payment for a specific # will get it reserved.

I'm in, as long as I have the cash when it is due.

Any configuration is fine.

G&B, if my cryptic description confuses even you, perhaps I should say "Bushmaster configured as the AR15.com logo in the upper left of home page".  Email if I should be more lucid.

Arock lucid and contrite.

I'm in conditionally.  Have to wait and see price and specs and is AR15.com marked.  I would prefer a 20" A2, no brake.

I am intersted also.  Would like to see what final configuration will be before actually committing.  I would like to see M4 configuration with brake.

Thanks for effort.  I can see it now.  At the next TBRS IV or maybe V or VI, we can pull out our official AR15.com M4's, and have the traditional opening.

G&B, If I signed up,& voted in one of the other threads, Do you want me to confirm in this thread?
I'm in as long as your final configuration meet the min. options I listed on the Voting thread.

I am very interested in one, and I have a friend who wants one as well.  If the price is under $550 I am not at all picky about the configuration.  If it is over $550 I would prefer an M4.

I picked up a 20" A2 upper today, so I don't really care about barrel length or upper style.  If no more than $550 I'm a definite Yes.

I need to bump my count up [:)]

If they can be had in a hbar 16" flattop hbar configuration, then I'll take 3.  FOR SURE!!!

Then it's off to KKF for fluting and A2 brakes!!!

If BM factory fluting is available, I'm there!

Thanks GRIN and ANTI,

I am in for a maybe.  Too bad we cant just get a really good deal on the lowers and each be given a password or code key or something sent with the lower and when we receive the lower we can call Bushmaster and give them the password and get a complete parts kit at a special price.  Then if anyone wants to add any options to the base config they can pay the difference.  Then everyone would get exactly what they want.  Everyone seems to want something different brake, no brake, AK brake, Y comp, flattop, A2.  Hell maybe Gusmoke could provide the kits through Bushmaster so they wouldn't have to take the volume of calls from us and we all know ED.

Put me on maybe list please. Money not the problem, I'd like to see what the final version is going to be. I love unique rifles and AR's and have been wanting to pick up an M4 configuration so this is a triple good deal for me. Could you please post an update on the whole deal? I'm sorta sure of what your doing but I work away from home all week and play catch up on AR15.com on weekends.
