Yes, but you still have do the CLEO sign-off/etc... unless it's a corporate transfer.

C&R lets you skip having to have it shipped to an NFA dealer in your state and then transferred to you - saves you $200 and time.

This is only for verifiable C&R NFA weapons.

What he said as long as it's an original Manufactured C+R qualified gun, if it was a parts kit rewelded by someone and registered then it would not C+R qualify and you would have to go through a dealer in AK.
