Sorry for the whining, but I'm in a pissy mood at the moment. Every night is the same, I try to go to sleep around 11 or so and can't do a damn thing to fall asleep. So I sit up and go to ARFCOM for a little bit. I end up being wide awake until 3 AM or so, when I finally get tired and go to bed. Then I get up for class at 9AM and am practically a zombie, hardly staying awake in class (to the point of closing my eyes and just zoning out the lecture because I'm so tired). But when it comes time to go to bed, I'm wide awake....what gives?

Simply sleep only works every once in a while for me. The first day I clearly notice a difference with Simply sleep but if I take it the following night it has no effect on me...... Turn off the pc. Go work out. Have a few cold blonde ones. Screw your girlfriend. Read a little (a book that's not too interesting). ......zzzzzzzzz |

I've been phase shifted for about 3 years now. Was working nights late and had no problems going to sleep at 3 am. Now I'm only in school (looking for a job) and can't get to sleep until 4 or 5 am. I haven't been able to break the cycle and it's starting to really take its toll. Always feel like shit.
