Im doing my taxes using Turbo Tax and I used US Savings bonds to pay for my college tuition, but my mother claimed me as a dependant it says I dont get an tuition deduction, is there anyway to still get a tuition or education deduction? If i can get an education deduction it would help a lot, with the deduction (without being claimed as a dependant) I get money back whereas without the deduction i gotta pay $500

Sounds to me you need to work that out with your mother.   See who will get the biggest refund for claiming you as a dependent and file using that formula.  THEN pay the amount owed from the refund.  THEN divide the remainder of the refund by whatever ratio seems fair to BOTH of you.

If you can't work it out, then move out on your own so she can't claim you are a dependent, or suck it up and drive on.
