A bus driver working for The Dave Matthews Band has been charged with reckless conduct for allegedly dumping raw sewage on a packed tour boat. On August 8 last year, more than 100 passengers were soaked in human waste when driver Stefan Wohl, 42, reportedly emptied a septic tank over the Kinzie Street Bridge in Chicago, Illinois. Wohl, who drives the bus for the band's violinist, is also charged with polluting the Chicago River. He denies all the charges. Nobody was injured in the incident, but the stench was so bad many of the passengers threw up before tearing of their clothes. One passenger, Nancy Todor, has already started legal proceedings and is seeking unspecified damages from The Dave Matthews Band. Each member of the five-piece rock band has pledged to donate $50,000 to the Chicago Park District and a non-profit group which protects the Chicago River.
