Very nice weapon! A couple of suggestions if you plan on CCW. Lose the rear adjustable blade sights in favor of a ramped, fixed Trijicon or MeproLight set-up. Those adjustable sights are great....for catching on clothing or snagging at the moment you most need the smoothest draw possible. Look into a 'satin' treatment for that Bling to reduce the reflected light possibility. Most gunfights happen in low/no light situations which means two things... -the use of an additional light near that weapon in it's current configuration could blind you. -in a low/no light situation, that weapon may give your opponent a great aiming point. Always think 'tactical' if carrying a weapon for personal protection. Think of it as gathering every advantage before the gunfight. Lump into this line of thought specific weapon training, threat awareness/management training, range training, ...you get the picture. YMMV, $.02, |
