Sure. If you are in a class 3 state you can own one. There are 12 or so floating around out there, and they tend to go for $225-275. (That's $225,000 - $275,000) |
How about a cheap knock off? |
You stole my picture you bastard!! I picked up that pic off a paintball website, and yes, it is a actual paintball gun that is fully functional!!! I'll try to find the link again/ |
That is, most likely, airsoft. |
Paintball Miniguns |

Actually the triple minigun is quite real and makes it to Knob Creek most every year. It's a frightening thing to watch in action. For some cool minigun vids check out this link. |
Since the flash hiders are only on the top barrel, I wonder if that is to reduce muzzle flash for the operator. Just a guess.... |
My local FFL/SOT 7 said that he could build a Mini Gun for around 50,000 and only FFL SOT dealers could own it. The last GE Mini Gun I saw sold for close to 300,000. And isn't there ONE Mark 19 GMG for sale. I think that was going for $420,000. But I could be wrong. |
And only if it was made before 1986. |
Actually, those would be flash suppressors, not flash hiders. |

If you become friends with Mike Dillon, he might let you shoot one of his production units. I have, and it was the most fun you could have full clothed. Mike has several of the transferables GE 134's. I wish I could get a copy of the video he did where he chases down a remote controlled Vette with twin mini's mounted to his Hughes 500. It was way cool. The Vette is still parked behind the shop, all shot to hell. Stop into to Dillon and ask if they could play the video for you. It was a demo they did for Dillon Aero. Mike also has a quad .50 BMG turret. I've seen the barrels get red glowing hot on that one. You should see the walk in arms room he has..... If ever one day I could afford that. |
That's an airsoft 6mm BB minigun - same pic found here - www.montysminiguns.com/AirSoftPage.htm |
