after hearing me rave about the AR, i lent one of mine to a bunch of yahoos i know who were heading out on a coyote / deer / pig hunt, along with 3 10 round mags and about 50 rounds of ammo, inclusive of some ballistic tipped 55 grain whammers. just got a fone call from friend John, who gushed that they were all going to have to go out shopping for black rifles now... didn't tell 'em how much a trijicon ta01 costs... didn't have the heart. vindicated, in that crowd at least, about my "peashooter".  |
