Found a plastic bag with half an envelope in it in my mail box. The bag was USPS. The envelope just had my address and two 37 cent stamps, cancelled with a pen. No Post Office stamps. Odd. G23c |
No matter what the letter says, it is not a free sample of powdered sugar. So don't eat it. |
