Bridgeport,CT. Mayor Joe Ganim who was the leader in the Lawsuit between big cities VS gun manufacturers is going down in flames. Six months ago the FBI started a probe into corruption,kickbacks,and bribes at Bridgeport City Hall which influenced the awarding of lucrative municiple contracts. Last Thursday Ganims first political ally and close friend pleaded guilty to the above charges.  On Friday Ganims campaign manager pleaded guilty to repeated bribery involving the awarding of city contracts.  Sources have told the Connecticut Post that the powerful "Elected Official" now under investigation who also received cash and goods in exchange for favorable action is indead Mayor Ganim.  Check it out at WWW.CONNPOST.COM, look up Thursday and Fridays edition.
