I've been using the new Gmail pop3 access since they started offering it. All of a sudden since about 2 days ago, it wont except my password through pop3 access. It says it's incorrect. I can log-in just fine via their web page. I've checked and double checked all my settings(including the activation of pop3 access from their web site), username and password and everything is correct. I mean, it worked fine just a few days ago. I'm using Thunderbird as my email client, but checked it with Outlook Express. I also use a anti-SPAM program(Mailwasher Pro) and it could no longer log-in either. Is anyone else who uses Gmail pop3 access having this problem? |
If you set it up that way, you can have it delete them. BTW, it's working again as of this morning. I didn't change anything, so I know it was Gmail having problems. I guess they are still working all the bugs out. It's a free service(for now), so I really shouldn't complain. |
