Because the standard search function doesn't work, I'm forced to start a new thread. CostCo wrote me back with this:
My response: Costco: Thank you for your prompt response. Just a thought for your upper management... it is not the shopping experience I am looking to enhance, it is my life. A desperate man with a knife in the parking lot while I'm walking back to my car with all my new CostCo goodies, isn't going to wait until I get to my car to get something to defend myself. Then how is my shopping experience enhanced? It's not... it's none existant. I speak from personal experience, and it doesn't take twice to teach me that I was naive. Thank you for your service, but I would rather join a company that actually cares about me making it back to my car after I buy the goodies, not just me getting in and buying them.
