On a DSA STG58, what s the difference between a type 1 and a type 2 receiver?

FALFiles is the place. Basically there were some full auto failures with the Type I cuts. The type II has fewer cuts in different places to strengthen the reciever. Type III has no lightening cuts, is easier to machine but is heavier. I have a type II

Slab sided, Like most Imbels, or with the recess on the side like the DSArms.

There are pictures of all three receivers on DSA's website. In a semiauto it all comes down to personel preferance based on looks and weight.
