Here's what I emailed them, FWIW. I'm sure they don't care but at least I feel a little better.  I'd like to voice my displeasure at the coverage you've presented of the Falluja shooting by the Marine. What a disservice to our people there and the war on terror in general. Video cameras have no place in a combat theatre, in my opinion. How many more Americans will die now that the enemy is reinvigorated by something so easily veiwed out of context? Kevin Sites should be the one removed from the battlefield, not the Marine who acted under deadly pressure in combat only to be Monday morning quarterbacked by the world. How many chances did the "poor" insurgent have to lay down his weapon and leave Fallujah during the past several months? The whole thing makes me sick to my stomach. Please do your country a favor and turn the cameras off! |
