I was wondering if there was a consensus on storing magazines fully loaded. On one hand I'd like to do it but on the other I wonder if it weakens the spring over time.
Any thoughts or experience?

I have kept many AR mags loaded for a year at a time and never had any problems.

ASNTSA!
Springs wear out from repeated compression and decompression cycles. I store some of my +100 magazines fully loaded.

I once thought it was detrimental to springs to keep mags loaded. I learned otherwise.

It Saves space when you have them loaded up and ready to go

I recently used a few mags I had fully loaded and stored for 2 years.
Not a single failure to feed.

My dad once gave me a mag for a 1911 that had been loaded for over 40 years. Works just fine.

Even then, magazined don't go through that many cycles. Consider that if you put a 30 rounder through 100 complete cycles, you'd have shot 3000 rounds out of it.
