| So I just got back from my drill weekend, and the fiancee surprises me with a repainted and redecorated spare bedroom. The walls are yellow and there's french posters and artwork on the walls. It looks like crap. I'm going to nail deer skulls to the walls of the living room as soon as she's left the house. "Honey, welcome to the wonderful world of 'hillbilly chic'." |
Nah, it's only used when we have guests stay over, but it did kind of freak me out/ tick me off. Her response to my reaction was something like "I do 95% of the housework so I should have 95% of the say on decorating the house." Yeah, until I nail a buck or catch a bass that's decent enough to stuff and hang on the wall! |
