| In his DNC speach Kerry promised to expand Special Forces!!!! I have 2 buddys former Army Rangers both snipers and a buddy active duty AF about to go into AF combat Control and marine countersnpier programs. All 3 said the same thing the only way to expand SF is to lower there standards and SOCOM will not do it!!!! Is this true and doesn't it prove Kerry is lying?????? |

I was thinking the same thing when he said that... It was also mentioned by another member in a different thread that sKerry disses Bush as "using warlords to capture Osama" THIS IS WHAT SPECIAL FORCES (GREEN BERETS) DO! They train indigenous forces to fight and in Afghanistan, helped lead them to victory... **** Kerry **** His lies. He also said that he will create 2 additional Army divisions. He will do this by lowering the standards to join the Army. I will be a 2nd Lt. in two years and I do not want the standards to be lowered at all. We have plenty of men, and they're doing a damn good job. |
There is no need to lower standards to add two divisions, or 4, or 10. |

You are correct. In order to double the size of the SF's, they would have to double the number of "volunteers" or lower the standards. Then again, J F'n K says he has a plan to add two more Divisions without raising taxes on the poor and middle class. Did I mention I have some ocean front property in central Kansas for sale? |
