TLDR: Man and woman get arrested, woman claimed the man was going to hurt her and she gave police the ID of a person who has was reported missing years ago and the man had fake DEA credentials. Police get search warrant for man's house and find a trove of electronic evidence that so far includes pictures/videos of at least 58 different people either alive or dead. There is video showing what appears to be a murder where the father of the arrested man is the apparent murderer. Seven missing persons have so far been identified in the evidence and "a number" of people who are still alive have been identified and interviewed. Police say they have examined only a small portion of the digital evidence and an unknown quantity of images and video remain to be analyzed. Five urns of cremated remains were found with no information provided about ID of the remains. In the basement of the house police found a 55 gallon drum that was plumbed into the water supply and connected to sewer drains. The man who was arrested is the son of RC Horsch, a degenerate boomer "pornographer" who died of natural causes in 2025. The son's house used to belong to his father and his 3rd wife. Father was in prison for growing 450 pot plants from 2010-2013. In 2014 the father published a book (that he called an autobiography and is available on amazon) titled "Empathy: The Memoir of an Empathetic Serial Killer" where he describes, among other things, dissolving bodies in his basement in tubs of sodium hydroxide. In 2016 the father's 3rd wife was reported missing and has never been found. The son was in prison when his dad's 3rd wife was reported missing. One missing woman identified in videos who has not been found was reported missing in 2012, while the dad was in prison. The big question seems to be is just the dad a serial killer, or was his son also in on it? So far the son has not been charged in connection with any crimes related to the evidence in his house. An article that quickly sums up the missing women (no bodies found) who have been identified in the digital evidence. Apparently a fraction of the digital evidence is "acting" for his depraved videos and a fraction is real. 3rd wife went missing while son was in prison. One woman went missing while dad was in prison. If that is all true it seems implausible dad/son weren't at least aware of what the other was doing. The house is apparently about 2-3 miles from Kensington Ave. If you're familiar with Philadelphia you'll know that Kensington Ave is where people film videos of streets filled with fentanyl zombies 24-7-365. The missing women (except for the 3rd wife) all have some connection to drugs/sex in the Kensington Ave area. They're both lifelong fuck-ups, updates from various reporting over the last week: Ferkuniak (Dad's first wife and mother of the son) died of an accidental overdose in 1989, while a 7-year-old Eugene was in the room, after which he was raised by his father. .... In March 2026, Horsch was charged with aggravated assault after police alleged that he stabbed a man in the stomach during a dispute. Prosecutors withdrew the case in May after a witness failed to appear. .... One of the three additional women has been identified as Nicole Amanda Fusaro, 27, who went missing in 2018. A family member told NBC10 that police informed them Fusaro is believed to be the woman seen being strangled by Raymond Horsch in one of the videos. .... Police have excavated a sewer line, lateral and trap from the house. At the house, police discovered a note that mentioned serial killer Ted Bundy and information for how to dispose of trash. .... On page 118 of "Empathy", Horsch describes giving a woman drugs, chaining a woman to a bed and choking her to death. Police on Wednesday described finding similar circumstances in video evidence recovered from the home. .... The book also describes using lye to dissolve a body in a bathtub in a basement, stating: "the roiling liquid turns brown and opaque and her defleshed, leering skull sinks out of sight." .... Investigators also took five urns believed to hold cremated remains from the home. Police think three belong to Horsch, his sister and a friend, but haven’t identified the other two. .... |

It should not be a controversial opinion in polite society to hold that some people just need killing. I'll also say that it speaks poorly of local LE that no one ever thought to look into that autobiography at all after it was published. I'm sure *someone* sent in a tip saying "hey lookit this!" |
