PHILADELPHIA -- Nearly 60 different people can be seen in more than 1 million digital images and videos recovered from a home in Philadelphia that has been at the center of a months-long investigation, police said Wednesday.

A total of seven women have now been connected to the home, including five women who appeared to be injured, lifeless, and possibly dead, investigators said.

During a news conference, police said they also know of 10 who overdosed at a later time.

"They were found somewhere else, in a different residence, in a different place in Philadelphia, not at Chew Street," Deputy Commissioner Frank Vanore said.

Another 16 people who were found and interviewed, though Vanore said they weren't cooperative with police. Police are planning to speak to another 25 people.

The FBI said agents are about 30% done reviewing the files.

The house, in the 400 block of W. Chew Avenue, is the residence of 44-year-old Eugene Horsch, who was arrested in June on charges unrelated to the missing women.

Since then, his father, Raymond Horsch - who died in 2025 - has also become a central figure in the case.

7 women connected to Olney home

A total of seven women have now been connected to the Olney home, including five who have been named: Blair Tonzelli, Amy McHale, Maribel Fresses, Gabrielle Amarando and Nicole Fusaro.

The number also includes two women seen in photos who appeared to be injured and unconscious, police revealed Wednesday.

One woman has been identified but not publicly named, while the identity of the other woman is not yet known.

Sources say that law enforcement has a video that appears to show Raymond Horsch strangling Fusaro.

The video depicts Fusaro naked with Raymond Horsch. Drugs are used, money is given, and then she is handcuffed to a bed.

"At some point during this, using a channel lock tool of some kind, he puts a zip tie around her neck and she becomes unconscious on that video," Vanore said.

Fresses and Amarando were previously named by police as having been seen in the digital files. Both appeared to be lifeless, police said.

Amarando's mother tells Action News she was told by detectives they have recovered videos of her alive, then photos that appear to show her dead.

Investigators believe she was dead, Amarando's mother said, because of her ashen face and the position her body was in.

An identification card belonging to Tonzelli was in the possession of an unidentified woman who was with Eugene Horsch when he was arrested.

Family members say Amy McHale, Raymond Horsch's ex-wife, was last seen at the Chew Avenue home.

Vanore emphasized that no bodies have been recovered.

Adding to the complexity, police say, is that there are other women who were captured on video or in photos appearing to be unconscious or killed, yet since this investigation began, have been found alive.

Raymond Horsch was a pornographer who specialized in sadomasochistic imagery.

Another search planned

A search of that Chew Avenue home in June turned up fake law enforcement credentials, drugs, a gun, hundreds of thousands of photos, videos, writings and manuscripts, and unknown chemicals.

Detectives are exploring if the chemicals may have been used to break down any deceased victims.

A special forensics lab in Chicago is now processing the chemicals to try and identify them. Other evidence is being examined for DNA.

"It's a very deliberate and methodical process that does take time," said Wayne Jacobs, special agent in charge of the Philadelphia FBI Field Office.

Authorities plan to return to the Chew Avenue home in late September with another search warrant.
