I may be a bit jaded, but 1. Was the actually, OP (not the OP here) someone trusted and known? 2. How do we know thats really a Glock V? Not something someone engraved or photochoped for a silly HOAX? 3. Who already has a V to do smith a new gadget? 4. Has anyone seen it work? I mean I can glue a nugget to the back of any Poly Pistol, post it on the inerwebs and claim its a switch... If its on the Net, it has to be true. |

Towards your point #3; they started shipping to dealers last week. Our shop has had one since last Thursday. The internals on that photo look like the V to me. |

Glock, and everyone making a copy of a Glock, has to put in a TI bar across the rear of the frame where the arm on the switch cuts a groove in the frame as the slide recoils. It will physically block the slide from moving rearward and nullify the switch. Its blatantly obvious...akin to drilling the 3rd hole on an AR Lower. |

This nonsense might be the single biggest threat to the 2A in 2025. The industry and the lobby groups better get together and start making this a priority. Enemy torpedoes are in the water. |
