well, only kinda.  a weaver rail is the same as a picatinny wich is the mil Std 1913 Equipment attachment rail.

Weaver and Picatinney are not the same and not interchangeable, they only look the part.

damn i found a good deal on the M3 but not good enough to justify spending $200 just to mount the damn thing.

You can use a simple 1" scope ring to mount it.
