So for those that know them did they get charged with racing? Something else? Get away with lying about it being a normal accident?
Just as bad as all the idiots on motorcycles that rip up public streets in traffic. I have no sympathy for any of them. The guys that go out of their way to find deserted or empty streets to race on don’t bother me near as much. |

Racing through town like that was stupid. We used to always go to an industrial park at night or some other place with no cross traffic. The only people that could have gotten hurt were the participants and that’s the risk you take. The gene pool is really getting shallow these days.

Third I've got a titanium rod in my femur and 3 pins from racing motocross, dislocated a shoulder, knocked myself out in my early years of snowboarding that left me in the trees for hours alone, fractured both wrists, boxers fracture, sprained my ankle so bad it took years to not be a problem, broken 4 ribs, broken my nose at least 3 times and probably broken a couple of toes, but I don't always go to the hospital when tape is a reliable fix. I've spent time in Europe, the Greek Isles, Mexico, Canada, and been to almost every state in the US. Been as fast as my rental car would go on the Autobahn, Ive climbed most of the 14ers in Colorado, led multiple 5.12 traditional climbs, and probably been closer to death more times than you can even imagine. There's a lot more, but I don't need to justify anything else to you killer. So before you go calling anyone out you might want to know something about them first. |
