Schumer, who pushed for the ban as a congressman 10 years ago, said the streets are safer because of the ban. I just discovered that if I disable cookies in one browser, I can vote with it as many times as I want. I use another browswer with cookies enabled to watch the count move up. I think that's how DU's and the Anti's are doing it.
