Icon also just recently released 1/4 and 3/8 socket sets in nice plastic cases. |

Just an FYI there's a much larger set with sockets coming out shortly, this summer possibly? It's been a few months since I watched the video so I'm not positive.

A lot of it isn’t great. Tools only coming in compete sets sucks for pros. 3/8 ratchets love to lock up. The handles are close but quite right. The buttons are good but not quite Knipex. The Swedish pattern wrenches aren’t very good, the button is a gimmick and the curved jaws are more of an issue than a perk. Some of the extension lengths don’t make sense. Etc etc. Things like that. Close, but when you’re copying instead of innovating you miss things. |

I was happy to pay full price for the set about a year ago. I've used it at work enough that it has paid for itself. I wouldn't ever use the bits in an impact driver but it's nice to have a set for tricky situations.

I bought one today with the coupon - showed it to my BIL who was visiting for Mothers’ Day - he had been looking in vain for one of the security bits with the hole in it, to tighten a fastener on a high-end coffee maker - so I loaned the kit to him.
