I guess it's unlikely (but not impossible) for a bill to move from where it's at, to getting passed before the end of session. Make no mistake, this is exactly the sort of thing that passes at 11:59 pm on the last day of the session, as they all run away from the Capital. |

This one however is being worked on Monday. And I agree they could do it last minute which while this thread is more of a hypothetical until the session is over. |

Iowa used to do a final budget /catch-all / lump everything left Bill to pass in the final days of the Legislature. It was meant for mostly finance but they could ram something through on it if they wanted.
