We typically drive to Colorado once a year and it’s right at 1,000 miles. We do it between 13 and 14 hours. I typically drive the whole way. That’s about the max I can do anymore.
When I was in high school and college we worked for this truck manufacturing company and would deliver trucks for them. I did about 1150 miles in one day at about 15 hours. I was toast.

Almost 17 hours of near constant struggle, from the time we left Salta to our lodging in Postosi just before 11. Only 750ish kms. But storms, hail (which even little, stings your nose), flooding, road grade, altitude and visibility made it shit. Should have been 10-12 hours. Long day, but I've done much farther in one swing. Not tougher tho. Averaged about 40 kph.

Should have packed it in, but we had schedules. Out at 6am next day too . Ridden not driven tho.

9PM to ~5PM the next day, so 20 hours or so.  It was a relatively leisurely pace (trying to navigate mountains in the dark); made about 1200 miles.

Left dive school in Key West and tried to make it all the way home to western Kansas. Only stopped for bathroom, fuel, and caffeine. 73 Riviera. Made it just shy of 2000 miles and had to pull over and sleep. Very foolish on my part as I could have easily killed myself (or worse, someone else) I have no idea how many hours but pretty sure it was over 24

1000 miles is usually about 16 hours. Quite a few 1200 mile days but my record was about 1500 straight through. Took around 30 hours though, does that count?

Did 21 hours one time.  That was long.

I do 15 hours in a day several times a year.  Drove to CA a couple times, which was 2 back to back 18 hour days.

Don't mind driving at all.  My wife thinks I'm weird.

Don’t know how many miles it was, but let me know when you’ve ridden from the Montana/Wyoming border to Detroit in 19 hours on a motorcycle…..

Ahh, to be young and stupid again…..

In 2000 I drove from Jackson, WY to just outside of St. Louis, MO. Only stopped for gas and snacks. I believe it was 1,220-ish miles.
Took about 23 hours. Slept for 3 hours at a rest stop, then continued to Atlanta, GA, arriving in time for dinner. I was wiped out and
knew I'd never try that again. Life experience and all.

Around 700 in 11 hrs all in TX. A bunch of the time was construction delays in Austin.

I'm good with about 8-9 hrs max. I also try to stop and walk around for a while every two hours or so.

Missed a flight to a military school back in 2003. Hopped into the pickup truck and made it from upstate NY to Arkansas in a little under 24 hours. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Last month I made it from Georgia back to Upstate NY in a little under 18 hours, with gas and food breaks. Everything was fine until I hit the NY border, when I drove into the last winter storm of the season. Another drive I wouldn't recommend, but I was motivated to get home. The worst part of that trip was the available radio stations in the rental car from around Virginia into PA. It wasn't even a Sunday and it seemed like for a long stretch of 81 all I could pull in was one religious program or another across multiple stations on search.

I basically pull over every two hours for gas, and every other stop I add a food break. It gets me out of the drivers seat and walking around. The rental car I had for the southbound trip to GA messed with my system because the car was too fuel efficient, so I pushed my stops out to three hours apart. Too long, in my mind.

One day around 700ish miles distance wise. Driving before stopping to rest about 14ish hours.

The last few longer trips i've taken i've just broken it up and spent the night somewhere. I'm getting too old and cranky to do really long drives, even with a comfortable car like my ES250 Ultra Luxury.
