what is the story behind that photo and why do the faces need to be whited out?


The "Story" is we have a problem on our border.........and "mere" citizens are willing to help out.

The "white outs" are to protect the innocent AND the guilty,  there are numerous sue-happy groups looking to make trouble.........trust me.
