First of all, I would like to post your pic on another site.

Possible photoshop, I think that the deer would have his tail up if running.
The deers rear leg is too wide, could be that he is in fact running, causing a blur.
Too much green coloring on cats back, though some trail cams have poor quality when it
comes to pictures.
The cat also appears to be in a stocking mode, if he was running he would be streched out more.
Still a cool pic.
The twigs, one just in front of the cats hind quater, appears to be in the back ground, but an obvious
line on the cat appears on the front side of the cat. About the same for the one above front shoulder.

Probably two separate pictures taken with the same trail cam at the same place and overlayed.
Still a nice picture.
