Um, its been a while since that has happened. And I would hate to be in a HS fight, they call the cops. Yeah sorry I am not in HS anymore. Been some time. I am serious, I know I can't shoot the MF'r but the guys buddy jumped on me and tried fucking choking me out. I hate that shit. I could of kicked some ass. I was on top with his arms pinned and my knee on his head. The MF'r out of know where just started talking shit to me and then made a comment and bam his ass was on the ground. Well now hes saying hes gonna call the cops. What BS. I don't know what to do. Never even have had a ticket. I sure as hell don't want to goto jail. |

Bam-ing people's asses becaues they talked shit to you usually ends up in their going to the cops. I don't think that the guy sells weed is going to get anything more than a yawn out of the cops. Pay some local attorney who does criminal stuff for a consultation and have bail money ready. Don't give a statement to the police (of course you will give them a statement anyway, oh well) Good luck |

I really don't think hes calling the cops now, I found out he's in trouble already for firing his gun during a fight. So if he fucks with me I am fucking home over if he already going through legal shit. Discharging a firearm in public and he was drunk and driving and had the gun on him illegaly. So I guess I am in the cool now, just more of his god dam shit talking |
"bummer dude" hopefully you learned a lesson from this. if you can't control yourself to the point where you assault people for "talking shit to" you all i can say is i sure fucking hope you aren't carrying. you have no business bearing that kind of responsibility. |
Hhaha Ill do that next time. And about the guns, why the fuck would I shoot some one over a fight? Little bit of history with the person to begin with. Not our first time having a go at it. Just the first time he has been made a bitch when he wont shut up. |
Sounds like you had reason to defend yourself. If you are interviewed by the cops, bring this up and tell them how much you feared him and rightfully so!
Shit talking is about as harmful as calling Cyanide a hippy homo fruitcake with a bitch ass ponytail. It SHOULD be sort of the "I'm rubber, you're glue, whatever you say bounces off me and sticks to you," sort of thing. Good luck and keep a cool head IF you decide to cooperate with police and give a statement. Aimless is right about retaining counsel before giving such a statement though. |
Getting in my face trying to start shit with his friends. Was not going to hear it got pissed. I am sure everyone has gotten into it. Funny thing I didnt say a word but if your going to try coming with in 2 feet of my yelling at me talking shit I am not going to take it. |
Are you fricking 12? Grow up and move along. |
Disagree. Best way to avoid a fight is to "speak softly and carry a big stick." Never, I repeat NEVER rely on the police. You take you life in your own hands if you do. Police who tell you otherwise don't have your safety in mind. If someone attacks you, kick the living shit out of them and then call the "police". You have every right to defend yourself, regardless of what the police say. |
