| How does one become a dual resident of two states. Heres my situation, I live with my mother in Florida and I am moving to my fathers house in Arkansas in a couple of weeks but I dont want to give up my residency in FL. |
| Im not sure, talk to a lawyer or something, first time is usually free. I just know that if you own property in two towns, states etc you can claim dual residency. Actually you might be able to get away with just "maintaining a residence" in both places like having an apt in the other state. |
