Immediately before bedtime in the sweltering hellish summer. Just before cocktails and I start dinner around 4 when it's pleasant in the late fall, winter and early spring.
Usually mornings unless it's a workout night or if I do some physical work that gets me dirty or sweaty.
It's changed a few times over the years. When I was a mechanic, I'd shower after work. When I worked in an office, before. Now that I WFH, it's back to night again.
I shower every morning, helps me wake up. If I've done some work outside or gotten dirty somehow inside, then I will also shower that night before bed.
As soon as I get home from work. My body armor gets sweaty. I always shower and shave in the morning.
I've done both but 90% of the time its before I go to bed. It feels wrong to go to bed without a shower first.
I shower when I need showering. Sometimes it's at night, sometimes it's in the morning, sometimes it's both.
Night, hair takes a while to dry. Plus I don't like going to bed dirty.

Quoted: Both. I can't leave the house without a shower and like going to bed clean. View Quote Attached File |

If only once in the day, always in the evening. It is nasty to climb into a clean bed unbathed. The days I exercise (always in the morning), i shower in the morning and in the evening.
Twice a day, every day. I can’t stand leaving the house unwashed. And whether work or play, I get sweaty, so a shower before bed is a must.
I usually shower in the morning because this time of year I sweat almost all night. I also do a sponge bath most nights before bed. In the winter, I tend to do the reverse as I stop sweating so much at night by then.
Morning - it's always mornings. Last time I thought I'd save some time by showering at night (instead of the morning), I left for work the next morning wearing slippers (instead of my work ESD Keen's).
Morning. Unless it’s BJ night which means I gladly shower that night as well.
Both and this time of year sometimes once or twice during the day. Usually a fresh towel as well.
I can't stand going to bed dirty. I don't get the point of showering in the morning, did you go to bed filthy?

Quoted: It seems like all my life,pI shower at night. I can't stand being in bed and feeling dirty. My wife, on the other hand, always showers in the morning. What's y'all's preferred time? View Quote |

Every night, just feels better and saves on washing linens. Sometimes in the morning, usually if I have to dress up, or if I sweat like crazy during the night.

Both most days. Sometimes three times a day.
Shower before bed. Then shower again the next morning before as I workout before work. |
Both.
At night I do a scrub down because I get dirty at work. And I'm not going to bed dirty/stinky. In the morning I don't get to serious about it. Just pretty much knock any sweat off. More than anything I guess the morning shower is to help me wake up. |

Quoted: Mid day for me, I'm retired and I shower after I've done all the work I care to by then. View Quote This really applies to me, I am retired, depending on what I did during the day....nothing like working in the yard from 7am to say around 11am, eating lunch with the wife, showering and then taking a nap....oh, always put on some cologne after the shower, for sure We remodeled our bathroom two years ago and got rid of the tub and have a big walk in shower with an overhead rain cap....it is fantastic, crap, all this shower talk, I going to take one now...signing off |

Morning.
My hair gets very greasy, so better to go about my day with it as clean as possible |
At night or early evening.
I don't want to go to be stanky, sweaty and dirty from work and doing shit around the house. |
After coming from the “I sit to pee” thread, I wouldn’t even be surprised to see “I only shower once a week so I don’t have to clean the shower as much”.
Always at night. I'm not getting in bed unless I had a shower the last 30 minutes. Even if I took a shower before we go out to eat or something. Again in the morning if I go to work that day, I'm all but retired and work 4-6 days a month.
I don't take a shower in the morning if I'm going straight out to my shop or hop on the mower |
Why the fuck do people need to clean after waking up? Shit or piss yourselves overnight?
I use olive oil and a scraper in the evening and I put powder on in the morning.
Water? That's what's in a toilet! |
Both.
Have 'European' friends and we suspect they bathe less frequently than Americans. Occasional gaminess detected. |
At night. How disgusting do you have to be to work all day then crawl in bed without showering?
That’s just weird and probably a big reason why there’s so many divorced incels on this site. |
