It is supposed to look like a styleish over exposed photograph. Not just the gamma is upped, looks like they dodged the image over itself, or drew another layer to expose it more.

Very nice, but I HATE short hair on pretty womenz. Leave the short hair to the elderly, ugly, lesbo or fat chicks who by wearing it short say to the world.......I GIVE UP !!
