I will say the Dubai Mall next to the Burj Khalifa is pretty amazing and usually PACKED.
The food court is as big as a small US mall

Pick up a yellow worker vest or a mop somewhere in there.
Then go in one of the 100s of steel doors that says "authorized personnel only" Meander the "tunnels" concrete corridors. See how many loading docks you can connect to one from the other. For real fun find an electrical room. Should be quite a few to choose from. Turn off random switches. Oh, it's locked. Slip a credit card into the jamb by the latch. Let us know how it all goes. |

Local mall in Gainesviile GA reminds me of scenes from Dawn of the dead movie. It's sad walking thru what's left of it. They removed the food court, so there were then 2 malls, you had to then drive from one to the other. But Georgia mall in Buford is actually an active mall. I usually hit the Spencer's.

I miss malls. Internet commerce has been a disaster for humanity. Convenient, but a disaster.

There used to be arcades in the malls here.
Long gone. Then Spencer gifts disappeared too. No reason to go to the mall now

Years ago when I lived on a much smaller budget, I lived near a mall. I would occasionally go in there at closing time and haggle deals for food with the Chinese food stands. I could score multiple boxes of food filled to the brim for $10-$15 bucks cash. It was all getting tossed out anyhow.
Would freeze meal portions. |
