I have had several malfunctions with my Bushmaster recently, and I was wondering if anyone else has been having similar problems:

1. There is an elementry school down the street from my house, and my Bushmaster has not forced me to go and shoot up the playground during recess.

2. Yesterday, I went to the police station, and my Bushmaster (which is an AR-15 knock-off) did not come with me, and foce me to kill any police officers.

3. I have had my Bushmaster assault-rifle for about a year now. I have gone to work everyday that I have had my Bushmaster, and I have never once shot up my place of employment.

Come to think of it, my Bushmaster has never once driven me to commit any acts of violence against anyone. I am still the same law abiding citizen that I was before I bought my Bushmaster. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Perhaps a recall is in order.

Yes, but what does your bushmaster do when you are not around?

Agree. He'd better get a nanny-cam to keep an eye on it!

Is your rifle a post-ban? If so, that explains it! It's common knowlege that if you install a FS or a bayonet lug, you WILL start shooting people up. Since my rifle only has a muzzle break that looks like a FS, I only shoot dozens of old people in nursing homes, but not children (that would be with the FS).

do you only have 30 round magazines?

if so, try to find one of those 120 round chinese drums.

that should fix the problem...

I originally started out with one Bushmaster, now in my absence, they are multiplying like rabbits...I blame Bushmaster for not putting warning labels on each and every rifle...when will the madness stop?

damn, you too?

i had to pull my muzzle loaders out of my safe a while back 'cause the bushmasters were squeezing 'em out.

you're right, just like rabbits...

[sarcasum] The  Ar-15/m16 are the greatest weapon system ever devised and would never have any type of malfuntion ever, they were created by God himself on the 8th day and can not be improved upon, you are on ar15.com the holy shrine of all that is A Ry and no nay saying will be tolerated[/sarcasum]

well if it is a post ban AR it will be slightly less inclined to comit random acts of violence, thoes pre-ban's boy LOOK OUT!! they will start "TRUST SQUEASING" AND bayoneting people at random.

call the Bushmaster customer service dept for technical advice, Im sure they will be happy to help you with your "malfunctioning" BM rifle.

also make sure the gaskey is tight and use USGI 30 rd mags with the green followers for reliable feeding

Tweak should know how to fix it.

If that doesn't work, try a Beta-C mag.

Is it select fire?  If not, it is not an assault rifle.

You need to short-stroke the bullet hose governor.

That'll make it mean as hell and itchin' to do the damage it was created for.

The gas key must be loose.

Try to restake it.

It's not 'tactical' enough.  If you put a scope on it.  It will be able to shoot a mile and take out a plane.    Just ask Ted Kennedy.  My .50 Beowulf in his view is a 'weapon of mass destruction' that can take out planes and defeat armor from 2 miles away!  I guess my Rem 700 .50 cal muzzleloader is the same thing.

You think that's bad, all of my guns are defective. I got my first gun when I turned 16 years old when I got Eagle Scout. Remington 1100 shotgun. Since then it's been a blur. Bought mostly, sold a few.
Ted Kennedy's car has killed more people than my guns.

I've got nearly a dozen such malfunctional assualt rifles in my safe.

You need to install a "Bayonet Lug"
That thing will make it dangerous!!

well its definitely defective, defective to the point where it may be a hazard to your health and financial security.  tell you what, send me the rifle and $50.00 and I'll take care of this mencace for you.

Mine aren't defective.  I have to keep them locked in a safe to keep them from running amuck.

If I didn't keep them locked up, who knows what would happen.  People think I lock them in a safe to keep them from being stolen, but they have no idea.

Well, I did purchase several high-capacity detachable box magazines, and a military style red-dot aiming device, but it still isn't killing large numbers of people as quickly as possible. I don't understand what is wrong.

That's because you haven't blinged it. Add a TiN bolt and carrier and it will be dancing around, getting into everything, like that commercial with the dancing dollar bills.

I think that if you switch from Breakfree or CLP to Hoppe's Number 9, you'll get more thrust per squeeze, which should solve the problem.

Well the way things are going for me lately I think my Malfunctions MIGHT clear up. Hope you do not have to read about. OK I promise to use a hunting rifle instead this way they might get banned......LOL

Edited.. to make sure you know I am just pulling your trigger I am still sane. At least that is what the voices keep telling me

Send that bastard back to Bushmaster and tell them you want one that does what it's supposed to do.

you need one of those "RAPID FIRING PISTOL GRIPS".

#3 says it all: Yours is a post ban, therefor NOT an Assault rifle. It's just an ugly rifle that gives more thrust-per-squeeze.
