I've been in day centers that had lock boxes for mobile devices. I thought it was SOP for these types of facilities.

LOL the one behind it is equally interesting... gated off like a war zone, with some sort of plackarded hazmat storage in the driveway.  13352 Blossomheath Ln.

Maybe that's the crematorium to clean up after what the hell ever happened at the other house.

Yeah the one behind is part of it. Go around to the other side on Blossomheath and look to the SE. It has a similar height brick wall and a "communications dish" of some sort.

Same heavy duty steel door and fake windows, as well.  There's also a huge green industrial-looking transformer(?) thing on the side.

The utility service looks to be really small for what they had in there. I wonder how much that generator was run?

ETA: Should have read the description, two service's from two different companies. Probably not redundancy but to mask power consumption.

"A property unlike any other! With walls, flooring, and ceiling made of concrete, this property can serve as the perfect storage spot for large wine collections, art collections, multiple cars, as well as serving as the ultimate safe house. The building is connected to two electrical grids and also features a natural gas generator that has is powered by two diesel fuel tanks in the event of a natural gas failure, making the chance of power loss a very rare. With office space as well as warehouse space and large outdoor area, there are many ways this property can be utilized."

Secure space lockers I've seen are less secure, since they're for keys, cell phones, etc. Think high school lockers or similar.

Things that stand out to me when speculating about prior use as a government facility.

1.) There are no Kaba X09 locks or wholes from their removal.

2.) The pictures don't show door sweeps for sound reduction under the doors.

3.) The construction is overtly utilitarian.

If it was a black site it would probably have waivers from the first two criteria and have a much more normal look. So it's probably not a black site and wasn't used to deal with SAP or SCI material.

It’s an office.

The next room over is the security room. You can see the plexiglass window and the lockers in the hallway beyond it. It has almost the same floor design as my kids elementary school.

There aren't enough line drops, cooling, or fire suppression in the main room to be a server farm but they clearly had some type electronic equipment in there.

One of the google street views you can see the white service vans in the driveway of the other AT&T house behind it.

I had no idea they made such centers look like houses to (somewhat) blend in.  That looks like a rough area now.  I'm sure it was decent in the 70's.

Any real server room will use FM200 at minimum. You can easily hide the tanks. It also has a raised floor so all the wiring and ductwork is underneath.
