Use to rebuild and customize 4 wheelers. I had lots of banshees and blasters. Don’t have the time to ride them so I moved on to shooting competitions for my primary hobby.
I am starting to get back into hunting as my kids are now old enough to get tags. As a side project I am building a Toyota 4Runner for a hunting rig. I have plans for several camping trips to scout some areas. Planning to hunt black bear and help my kid fill her first elk tag this year. |

Wow, so many. Basically anything outdoors. Hunting, fishing, camping, off-roading, hiking.
I used to restore muscle cars (Chevrolet and Mopar). My back cannot really handle it anymore. I also used to be a HUGE sports fan, football and baseball both college and pro. I also used to be a racing fanatic, traveling to different events all over and spent untold hours watching on TV. NASCAR, Indy, Formula1, NHRA, IMSA. ALL sports are dead to me now. |

I build 1/35 scale armor. I got back into it a couple years ago and spend way to much money and time on it.

Started off with auto-x about 20 years ago. Got tired of breaking things and joined the army.
Picked-up action pistol sports 7 years ago, got out of it 2 years later because my unit's op tempo really hurt my training so I started learning how to barbecue. Started taking my truck offroading at a few parks here in Texas on the weekends, got tired of breaking stuff and built it into a cheap overlander. I much prefer that now. Picked- up fishing this year and hunting last year. I'm really enjoying both. It's just a shame I decided to start fishing in January lol. Long story short, camping, hunting, fishing, shooting and barbecuing. |

Building "plastic panzers" (mostly 1/35 scale armor and armed soft-skins). Yeah, like at least one other poster here, spend way too much time and money on this one!

Quoted: Fishing/making lures, Guitar, reading, hiking/backpacking, photography. View Quote My uncle taught me how to tie flies, he was obsessed with fly fishing. Even built custom rods back in the day until Orvis etc started offering lifetime warranties on their rods. They were 5-10k if I’m remembering correctly and this was back in the 90s. Haven’t touched it since he passed, booze cigs and fast living in his youth. He lived life on his terms I suppose, but he’s missed by many. |

Guns are icky, m’kay.
Other than that woodworking, chainsaws, cars/trucks, basically regular guy shit. Never got into motorcycles because my dad banned them in house when his best friend died on one. Before that when I was really little they had a biker gang of Army dudes. I feel it really stunted my hobby growth, I like motorcycles but not growing up riding them I just said forget it. |

Quoted: Chopping firewood. Seriously, I fucking love it. When I didn't have a fireplace, I would go to the local wood dump with my mauls and split rounds, then leave for other folks. I would do this everyday after work. Wet, dry, softwood, hardwood I hand split it with a smile. Except Eucalyptus, fuck that noise, might as well chop concrete.
