Quoted: The buttplug is broke already? View Quote Evidently, the passenger mount was failing when I got it. It broke a hose on the bottom of the airbox, which is the rattling I was hearing. Tech saw the broke hose and fixed it, then turned to see what could have broken. Metal on metal, damper is gone I'm half-tempted to ask for the bad mount and yeet it through the window of the dealership I got it from. |
|
A cursory google search also showed that the mounts failing early is a common problem for the factory mounts on that model year. Normally, they failed 20k miles ago. Or, about when the first owner sold it.

Indeed. I’ve had several others offer up pasture pal horses as companions, but they’ve all hinted at or flat out stated that they have significant health issues or are neurotic messes. Not really interested in taking on either. |

Quoted: How long did it take them to find it? View Quote Not very long, as it is right there evidently They started by looking for whatever could be doing the rattle. That was the main thing not in their place. So once that was fixed, then it was look for what around stopped it from being in place. It was evidently a bit of a bingo moment |

Garand Kit in the EE That’s what I paid for a collectors grade but times were different I paid $395 for a service grade, but that was 15 years ago. I was also paying $210/980rds LC M2 Wish I would have gotten into an FAL or two back then. Or the pre-05 AK kits that were $150 for an underfolder. Or the $100 SMLEs and Yugo Mausers Or . . . . I have a hankering to raise turkeys this year.
I want to have a turkey for dinner and it seems like the only time I can find them in the stores is Thanksgiving and Christmas |
