if you utah people are really mad about what romney has been doing, you should recall him.

and to do that, you should start by asking why the utah house refused to pass a bill introduced last year to alter the utah constitution/code to allow recalls of sentators

then start campaigning to get the bill pass and put into code

then recall romney

except the power behind utah probably is okay with whatever romney does and wants him in office
