Issue is that turnover is very real in these units a lot of guys/gals have been getting there time in and getting out in 8 years. What most don't realize is when a NG unit deploys in a state with multiple BCTs there is no guarantee you will be going with your home unit especially if your in a "needed" MOS in another. That doesn't really help moral and retention does it? |

I'd be very surprised if the G3 (J3 for NGB?) or whoever has been tasked with logistical support didn't order port-a-jons placed nearby.
There just isn't any way for two heads (or what you Army weirdos call "latrines"  ) could support the equivalent of a BDE. Nobody in the ARNG is that fucking stupid.Article sounds like bullshit. Also, bear in mind that ARNG leadership is being jerked the fuck around by slimy, inept politicians and are probably in constant "react" mode based on the whims of the former. |
