The Democratic party sent lawyers to every Federal judge possible over many of Trump's EOs and got them blocked even with trivial excuses used to block them by partisan judges. Where is the GOP at with their lawyers? They don't even try at all. The last four years proved that EOs can be blocked, even illegal ones like DACA that Trump tried to repeal was blocked by a federal activist judge.
