What am I doing wrong? Mine doesnt!!! Running a 17" Viewsonic at 1024x768, and I still have to scroll. When I have my browser expanded to the full screen, most of everything fits, but I still have to side scroll in most threads. Kind of gets in the way of having 5 or 6 browsers running at the same time. I also can't even think about having my "favorites" folder open while on this site. I sure do miss the auto resize, and I'm not quite understanding it can't be used with the new style page. What more is there to fit on the page that wasn't on the last one? Also the white on grey reply box is very hard on the eyes, at least to me. |
You shouldn't have to scroll over at 1024x768. Since Goatboy updated things, you shouldn't have to scroll over even at 800x600. It does auto resize now. The only time I can think of that you would have to scroll over is when someone posts a picture that is wider than 1024 pixels. I think the problem is on your end. The site looks great from here at 1024x768 using Internet Explorer and Windows XP. |
| I still have to scroll in IE and Opera, resolution is at 1024x786, however my browser is about 64 pixels less than the full the width because I hate having it full screen with the other windows I have going plus I use litestep as my shell and the wharf takes up the right hand side |
