EVERY time they said when I placed the order that the item was"In Stock".That is why I placed the order. THREE times they LIED.The One order I did get came straight from Snap-Safe. The LAST time I ordered they emailed me After the order that the item was not in stock.Then proceeded to try to get me to buy an inferior product for the same price. While the web site STILL claimed the item I wanted was in stock.For three months. More than one person there needs to lose their job for this bullshit. |

My summer orders went fine from them. I finally got optics planeted last month, ordered an in-stock item that took 12 days to ship and 10 more days to arrive.
Price was great , product was great, delay sucked. Of course with all the threads here every 3rd day I was prepared for it. It kind of sad that an ATF eform 1 almost gets approved faster than some in-stock items arrive from the O P.

These comments don't instill much confidence in OP... I placed an order 7 days ago for parts I need for the rifle I'm building, and it still says processing. The items were listed as in stock to ship immediately. Wonder if I should just cancel the order and then order from Primary Arms? Had I done my research beforehand, I probably wouldn't have ordered from them (only reason I did was because they offered free shipping).
