Okay, I hid 14 eggs.

But my daughter only found 13, and I can't remember where the last one is.

Guess I'll find it in a few days......

Give it a few days and wait until it starts peeping.

Maybe the handgun fairy will visit your egg hunt, too. Start wishing for a/an (insert name of favorite handgun here).

We found one hidden real well the next year when the finders were all a little larger.  It was not as pungent as you might think, being out for a year probably helped it to be better than just a few weeks.

Hehe...  That's exactly why I started hiding plastic eggs.  I think there are 3 missing this year.

We still color eggs, but they are just for eating.

My dog would find that egg in under 3 minutes.

My in-laws have used plastic eggs (filled with change or tiny little candy bars) for years.

If the eggs were hard-boiled, then there should be no problem.  I carried one around in a custom-engineered carrier for two weeks.  Didn't smell at all.

This was for my 7th grade "language arts" class.  By the end of the class, my egg could grunt five different ways to indicate:
hunger
fear
happiness
pain
laughter

(How this taught me "language arts" was and is beyond me...)
