If it is the alphabet soup group would that not be entrapment?

Didnt he wonder why the people arent selling them is SGN anymore?  Like ATF never changed its mind on something, a 20 year old letter is going to keep me out of jail?  Definatly stupid.

Ok, I'll be the first to not know what the deal is here.

I have seen the adds, have heard the comments that this is most likely a ATF sting, but what is the deal?

Not looking to buy, just want the facts....

Thanks

I think you can legally have this item.  Just don't have anything you can put it into!  Just lke you can have a big pile of M-16 fire control parts.  Just don't have anything they will work in.

Now take this DIAS and put it in the same house as an AR15 and you are looking at something lke 10yrs in the pen & a $10,000 fine.

Just like you can buy all of the under 16" barreled uppers you want to, but don't have them if you have AR lowers around.  Unless of course you have your SBR papers in order.

I'd like to read what that ATF paperwork says though.  Lets email him and see if he'll fax a copy of it!

I can't see how that would do much for anyone.  You'd have to prove it was entrapment, and the proof is expensive, not to mention a gamble.
As you know they probably count on that.

BWAA HA HA HA HA.  I spilled my Smirnoff all over myself looking at that auction.

I feel sorry for the poor sucker who gets drawn into bidding.

My guess is that it may be a set up by a anti gun group showing how readily available these "machine gun" parts are to obtain.Or   that the part is completely bogus, because hey if it is what are you going to do, call the ATF and tell them the full auto sear you just bought don't work?

Still can't make up my mind...Lets go with a stupid alphabet soup group (ASG) member!!!

Wait a minute...that's a superfluous statement.  All ASG's are stupid!

Must be just a stupid guy!

Patriot? Who the guy selling it?  Why not give people the link to download the plans to build your own?  By putting this "for sale" on a very trackable media he is setting someone up for a bust even if he is unaware of the "law" he is "breaking".

I don't think there is anything unconstitutional about a DIAS.  However selling one on an electronic forumn is questionable at best.

Hey I checked out his feedback. Looks like has alot of F- ratings. Says he was in the hospital and could not complete the transactions. Looks kinda fishy to me as well folks.
If the guy is not a Fed I'll bet he will soon be meeting one if he keeps selling shit like that.

Oh boy, this one is on sale for only $130.

My question is, why would you need to sell these on Gunbroker. If you were an AR guy, wouldn't you know a few people that might need one? Though of course I know none of you guys would ever possess one even if I slipped it under your door at night.

This guy has been selling his last Auto Sear for a while now. Don't buy shit like that. You can buy a real nice M16 for what your attory will charge for getting you off! If you get off and don't do time. A felon can't own a gun so why loose your 2nd ammendment rights over bullshit like this. My .02 worth
