German food by far. Nothing like a plate of sauerkraut, red cabbage, a couple bratwurst, and warm potato salad.

Favorite: Peking Duck.  My dad raises the ducks and I prepare them.

2nd Favorite: Grilled Lamb Chops.  I make a slit in the side and stuff them with fresh chopped garlic.  Sprinkle a little pepper and salt and grill medium rare.

Almost anything with meat; that includes seafood. I love oysters...in more than one meaning of the word.

Italian then Indian a close second.  Indian is my favorite ethnic food.  Tex-mex is about the norm.  I eat anything Tex-mex, Mexican.

I voted for Italian/Sicilian But the good food comes from Northern Italy.
In my old Hometown of Brooklyn all the good restaurants say
"Fine Northern Italian Cuisine" on the sign!
