[ARCHIVED THREAD] - i finally did it

after assembling 5 or 6 lowers i finally launched a pivot pin detent into oblivion. heheh. now i can't finish it until i buy a new one.

I was assembling a lower yesterday, and launched the pivot detent about 3 or 4 times. Luckily I was able to find it and finish the assembly.

The bolt catch roll pin kicked my butt for a while... [:)]

I was lucky and found mine after it took off. If you assemble lowers regularly, then its probably a good idea to have some extra on hand.[:)]

Extras are definitely good, Brownells has them pretty cheap and shipping is only $3 if you order a very small-sized package of goodies.
