It’s also less likely to dip when the slide goes forward. You can’t just cut up a slide, you have to balance it with ammo, spring weight and your skills as a shooter. I doubt the metal pieces from the slide cut outs are that much heavier than the added weight of the RMR and taller iron sights. ETA - I didn’t think about the slide milling for the RMR which probably more than compensates for the weight of the RMR and sights. |
